Security
Last updated: June 2026
Our Approach
Security is a core part of how we operate. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect client data, codebases, and communications throughout every engagement.
Access Controls
Engineers are granted access only to the systems and repositories required for their specific engagement. Access is revoked immediately upon project completion or subscription cancellation. We follow a principle of least privilege across all client environments.
Confidentiality Agreements
All engineers sign confidentiality agreements before beginning any client engagement. These agreements cover source code, business logic, client data, and any other sensitive information encountered during the project.
Communication Security
All communications between clients and engineers are conducted over encrypted channels. We recommend clients use their existing Slack workspace or equivalent secure messaging platform for day-to-day collaboration.
Data Handling
We do not store client source code or sensitive business data on AI Remote Pros infrastructure. Engineers work directly within client-owned environments (repositories, cloud accounts, Slack) and do not transfer data to third-party systems without explicit client consent.
Vulnerability Disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability related to our website or operations, please report it to us responsibly at security@airemotepros.com. We will acknowledge your report within 48 hours and work to resolve confirmed issues promptly.
