1. Services
AI Remote Pros provides access to vetted senior AI engineers on a subscription basis. Engineers are matched to clients based on project requirements and technical fit. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period unless you pause or cancel. You may pause or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
3. Intellectual Property
All code, designs, documentation, and other work product created by your engineer during an active subscription belong entirely to you. AI Remote Pros retains no ownership or licence over work product delivered to clients. This transfer is effective upon delivery and requires no further assignment.
4. Confidentiality
Engineers are bound by confidentiality obligations covering all client information, codebases, and business details. AI Remote Pros takes reasonable steps to ensure client data is handled with care and not disclosed to third parties outside the scope of service delivery.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or to build products that violate applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring that work requested complies with your own legal and regulatory obligations.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your matched engineer within the first two weeks, we will re-match you at no additional cost. This guarantee applies to engineer fit only and does not cover scope changes or client-side delays.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Remote Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding any claim.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
